This position involves close collaboration with senior leadership, HR teams, and employee representatives across the EMEA region, requiring strong relationship-building skills within both local and international organisational structures.
Act as a strategic HR partner to senior management, building strong relationships across local and regional functions
Lead and deliver HR projects that support organizational transformation and cultural change
Collaborate with the business to shape and implement the annual People Plan, with a focus on ECB onboarding and strategic IPU initiatives
Oversee core HR lifecycle activities, including compensation, performance, talent, and succession planning
Promote adoption of HR technologies and systems, including cloud-based platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors, Employee Central)
Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives across multiple business units
Coordinate local execution of global and EMEA HR initiatives in close partnership with subject matter specialists and employee representatives
Proven experience in Senior HR business partnering roles within dynamic, international environments
Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and support organizational development
Strong affinity for HR technologies and data, with experience in platforms such as SuccessFactors or ServiceNow considered an advantage
Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders, including executive-level management and employee representatives
Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
