In this permanent role, you will lead the end-to-end regulatory reporting function—covering everything from CoRep, FinRep, and BISTA to resolution and deposit protection fund reports. By defining and maintaining robust frameworks, policies, and procedures, you will ensure the timely and accurate submission of all relevant reports while remaining in full alignment with evolving regulatory standards. You will also manage stakeholder relationships across various departments, external auditors, and regulatory authorities, acting as a key point of contact for all reporting-related matters.
Regulatory Reporting Oversight
Ensure on-time, accurate, and consistent reporting across multiple branches and subsidiaries
Oversee Pillar 3 and ESG disclosures, as well as ad-hoc reporting tasks
Framework & Policy Development
Define policies, procedures, and schedules to uphold regulatory compliance
Implement internal controls and foster a resilient team structure
Team Leadership & Training
Manage and develop team members, providing backup solutions and training programs
Maintain team performance even under challenging circumstances
Regulatory Landscape Analysis
Monitor regulatory changes, inform senior leadership, and coordinate relevant projects
Serve as a primary liaison for external and internal auditors on reporting topics
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, refine processes, and maintain top-tier reporting standards
Act as a point of contact for regulators and other external parties, ensuring effective communication
Extensive experience in a regulatory reporting role within financial services (banking or consultancy)
Proven leadership and people management skills, including task coordination and process oversight
Strong analytical, numerical, and IT proficiency
Master’s degree (or equivalent); professional qualifications are an advantage
Skilled in presenting complex regulatory matters to senior stakeholders
Ability to drive improvements, manage conflicts, and negotiate effectively
