This role plays a key part in driving financial excellence and operational efficiency across its business units.
Financial Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations (HGB, IFRS) and tax laws.
Operational & Performance Management:
Manage P&L, cost control, and financial reporting.
Optimize manufacturing costs, pricing strategies, and financial processes.
Lead financial transformation and efficiency initiatives.
Stakeholder & Leadership Responsibilities:
Act as a key financial advisor to senior management.
Lead and mentor a finance team across Germany and Hungary.
Collaborate with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Must-Have:
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, cost controlling, and P&L management.
Leadership experience with small/medium team sizes.
Experience in stakeholder management (banks, investors, auditors, regulatory bodies).
Fluency in German & English (written & spoken).
Nice-to-Have:
MBA or CPA/CFA qualification.
Experience in M&A, restructuring, and financial transformation.
Background in working with works councils & unions.
Knowledge of cross-border finance operations & tax compliance.
Familiarity with ERP systems & financial automation tools.
