The role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and high data quality within the Finance & Control function. It contributes to the delivery of IFRS-based reporting, statutory financial statements, and the ongoing development of reporting and data management processes. The position also supports automation, efficiency, and compliance initiatives, while enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Take ownership of financial reporting tools and support their ongoing development, ensuring data integrity and consistency
Prepare and deliver IFRS group financial reporting as well as statutory financial statements
Drive data management, automation, and reporting enhancement initiatives within Finance & Control.
Coordinate internal and external audit activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Support new product initiatives, system integrations, and related accounting processes
Work closely with IT, regulatory reporting teams, and senior management across the EMEA region
Contribute to international projects and initiatives involving business intelligence and advanced reporting tools
Bachelor’s degree required; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are considered an advantage
Extensive experience gained within international financial institutions or consultancy environments
Strong expertise in IFRS; knowledge of HGB is considered an advantage
Advanced analytical and IT skills, particularly in Excel and Power BI; experience with data management or automation tools is beneficial
Proven ability to manage and interpret financial data with a high degree of accuracy and structure
Business-fluent proficiency in German and English
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders
