Purpose of job

The role is responsible for shaping and advancing the future-state Business Architecture across multiple initiatives and entities, ensuring consistency with strategic goals and effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. This position blends architectural leadership with strong business analysis capabilities to develop and steer an integrated, multi-year transformation roadmap throughout the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of the future-state Business Architecture, encompassing capability frameworks, value chains, operating structures, and defined business services.

  • Create and continuously refine the transformation roadmap, ensuring it reflects strategic objectives and is closely coordinated with Technology, Data, Compliance, and Risk functions.

  • Contribute to change programmes by safeguarding alignment between project and programme designs, the defined future-state model, and the established architectural guidelines.

  • Act as Project Manager, if necessary

  • Coordinate internal and external project managers and align them on the common goal, track development and improvement

  • Act as sparring partner for the Head of Transformation EU

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record of implementing enterprise-level business architecture in complex financial services organisations operating across multiple entities.

  • Well-developed business analysis expertise, including the elicitation of requirements and the design of processes to enable detailed solution development.

  • Strong communication skills and experience engaging with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence across functions and translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
