The role is focused on interpreting and operationalizing regulatory requirements at both national and European levels, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic and compliance objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory developments, preparing business and data requirement documentation, and advising internal stakeholders on the impact of regulatory change. The position also supports implementation projects tied to new or amended regulations and contributes to the formulation of actionable recommendations. It involves collaboration across business, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory expectations are consistently embedded in processes and decision-making frameworks.
Conduct analysis and evaluation of regulatory requirements at both national and EU levels.
Monitor regulatory developments, identify changes at an early stage, and formulate strategic proposals to support the bank in its decision-making.
Advise internal departments and senior management on the impact of regulatory requirements on business models, processes, and products.
Support implementation projects related to new or amended regulatory frameworks.
Prepare business and data requirement documents to support regulatory implementation efforts.
Previous experience in a regulatory reporting or advisory role within a financial institution or consulting firm.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field; professional certifications are considered a plus.
