The client is a leading provider of financial market data and software solutions tailored to the needs of asset managers, banks, and financial service providers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees and managers regarding fundamental HR
topics, questions, and issues.
• Collaborate closely with works councils to address various HR matters and ensure effective
communication and cooperation.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of German labour law and regulations, providing guidance
and compliance support to the organization.
• Offer strategic HR advice and consultation to senior management and C-level executives to drive
organizational success.
• Support and execute organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective
communication throughout the process.
• Ensure that HR policies, processes, and systems are appropriately adapted to local culture and
legislation within the covered geographies, while maintaining compliance with established
standards.
• Collaborate with line managers, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), and the broader HR
team to execute HR strategies tailored to the specific needs of the business.
Solid experience in HR roles such as HR Manager, HR Coordinator, or HR Business Partner
(HRBP).
• Strong knowledge of local labour law and works council regulations.
• Proven experience in change management, transition planning, effective communication during
organizational changes, and related activities.
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
