This role sits within the Finance Change unit, a cross-functional team supporting all departments of the Finance & Control division. The focus lies on leading and supporting change initiatives that affect banking book products, such as credit loans or derivatives. The position requires a full understanding of the process chain—from front office through to reporting—and plays a key role in assessing the impact of new products or system changes on finance architecture, data flows, and reporting infrastructure. Acting as an interface between finance, IT, and data teams, the role contributes to delivering compliant, efficient, and future-ready finance processes across the organisation.
Participation in the conception and implementation of change initiatives in the financial area that affect products in the banking book such as credit exposures or derivatives
Analyze process and system impacts across the full value chain, from front office to finance processing and final reporting
Assess new banking book products and identify their implications for finance IT, data flows, and reporting architecture
Contribute to integrated solution designs that reflect regulatory, legal, and system architecture requirements
Provide business-side support for resolving operational issues related to the banking book portfolio
Several years of experience in project management within financial services
Proven background in business or data analysis within a finance environment
Full professionell proficiency in English; German is a plus
Strong ability to transform change requirements into business concepts and explain them clearly to developers
Skilled at simplifying complex issues into coherent, end-to-end solutions
Solid understanding of data structures, financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory reporting standards
Profound knowledge of credit products and their role within the financial and reporting processes
High proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with MS Access is a plus
