The position is responsible for ensuring accurate expense analysis, reporting, and financial administration within the organization. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing expense reports, supporting forecasting and planning activities, managing SLA processes and intercompany charges, and monitoring project-related costs. The role also covers maintaining clear financial procedures, ensuring compliance with internal standards, and contributing to effective communication with management and departments across the company.
Prepare monthly expense reports and support the development of expense forecasts for the Multi Year Plan.
Contribute to the monthly analysis of expenses and conduct of accurate reports for management and other departments
Manage the preparation of accruals and SLA service invoices, as well as the review of incoming intra-group invoices.
Monitor and control project-related expenses to ensure accuracy and adherence to budget.
Draft and maintain procedure manuals, ensuring regular updates.
Act as the main point of contact for departments on expense, SLA, and reporting matters.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Head of Management Reporting & Product Control or the Head of Finance.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance position within a financial institution.
Academic background in a quantitative Subjects (e.g. economics, finance mathematic or business)
Ability to grasp complex concepts, challenge them, and communicate solutions effectively.
Strong analytical, numerical, and IT skills.
Capability to build and maintain relationships across teams and functions.
Professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage.
