Head of Accouting (gn)

Our client, a global leader in international trading with a strong presence in Düsseldorf and branches across Europe, is seeking an experienced Head of Accounting to oversee their European accounting operations.

• Oversee accounting operations in Düsseldorf and coordinate transactions between HQ and European branches.

• Prepare and audit monthly financial reports (SAP R/3).

• Conduct variance analysis, stock valuation, and IFRS15 analysis.

• Support audits and statutory financial statements.

• Lead and develop a team of 8 accounting professionals.

• Expertise in HGB and IFRS, with experience in international trading environments.

• Advanced skills in SAP R/3 and Microsoft Excel.

• Fluent in English and German.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
