The role is focused on leading and optimizing Order Operations across Central Europe, with responsibility for ensuring the accurate, efficient, and compliant management of the end-to-end order lifecycle in Germany and Austria. It is designed to support our client’s strategic and operational goals by driving process excellence, managing both local and remote teams, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service. The role also plays a key part in identifying opportunities for system and process improvements, enabling automation, and delivering operational insights to senior leadership within a fast-paced, software-driven environment.
Oversee end-to-end order operations, ensuring efficient and accurate fulfilment across Central Europe
Lead and mentor both local and remote teams, driving clear communication and collaborative execution
Optimize systems and processes, identifying opportunities for automation and simplification
Establish and maintain robust month-end close protocols, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance
Collaborate with key departments including Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Services, and Deal Desk
Provide regular training and development to enhance team capabilities and system proficiency
Proactively identify and address risks to ensure uninterrupted operational flow
Manage escalations for complex issues, driving prompt and effective resolutions
Deliver detailed operational performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership
Strategic mindset and decision-making ability
Strong experience in Finance, Sales Operations and cross-functional collaboration
Expertise with operational systems and change management
Background in software or technology-related industries
Proven leadership of remote and hybrid teams
Professional fluency in German (written and spoken) is required
