Purpose of job

The position is responsible for ensuring high-quality regulatory reporting and compliance with evolving supervisory requirements. Key aspects of the role include preparing recovery and resolution reports, coordinating regulatory disclosures, supporting ESG-related reporting processes, and managing quantitative impact and stress test exercises. The role also contributes to the continuous improvement of reporting practices by introducing innovative tools and ensuring effective interaction with regulators.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the preparation of reports on Recovery and Resolution planning

  • Manage the preparation of Pillar 3 disclosure reports and drive process enhancements through the use of software-based solutions

  • Contribution to the implementation of upcoming ESG reporting requirements in accordance with CRR, including data preparation, system alignment, process documentation, and definition of business requirements

  • Take responsibility for preparing Quantitative Impact Studies (QIS) and Short-Term Exercise reports

  • Handle ad-hoc requests from regulators (EBA, ECB, Bundesbank) and support ECB stress testing activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; professional certifications considered an advantage

  • Prior experience in regulatory reporting within a financial institution or consultancy firm

  • Ability to grasp complex concepts, challenge them, and communicate findings clearly and precisely

  • Profound analytical skills with a holistic, solution-oriented approach
