Interim Chief Risk Officer

We are seeking an Interim Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to step in immediately and ensure the continuity of day-to-day operations. The role involves leading the existing team, providing guidance on regulatory matters, and fostering strong internal collaboration with key departments such as Sales and the Head Office. Expertise in Credit Risk and a deep understanding of German regulatory requirements are essential for this position.

- Ensure the continuity of day-to-day operations within the risk management department.

- Lead and support the existing team in all risk management activities.

- Provide expert guidance on regulatory matters, particularly German regulatory requirements.

- Facilitate strong internal collaboration between departments such as Sales and the Head Office.

- Oversee and manage credit risk, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and company policies.

- Proven experience as a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) or in a senior risk management role, with a focus on Credit Risk.

- In-depth knowledge of German regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support a risk management team effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in bridging gaps between departments such as Sales and Head Office.

- Ability to quickly adapt and manage operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
